We focus on promoting neuroplasticity to help those with neurological conditions reach their functional goals and improve their everyday lives. Our program is designed to complement traditional hospital/clinic-based therapy by stimulating new and existing neurological connections, enhancing recovery, and improving overall health and wellness.

Our goal is to help bridge the gap between therapy and fitness by providing rehab equipment, therapist guided supervision and an accessible gym to the community. We strive to build a welcoming environment and empowering atmosphere to help those with neurological impairments push through their limitations and rise above paralysis!

Our community members who exercise with us are made up of those who have experience neurological impairments, symptoms, and/or paralysis due to injury or disease such as Spinal Cord Injury, Amyotrophic Laterals Sclerosis(ALS), Brain Injury, Cerebral Vascular Accident(CVA) / Stroke, Guillain–Barré Syndrome(GBS), Multiple Sclerosis(MS), Transverse Myelitis, Parkinson's Disease, Cerebral Palsy, and Neuromuscular Disorders.

We offer Activity Based Therapy; a specialized post-acute neuro fitness training and aquatic exercise sessions with our Neuro Fitness Specialist to continue improvement after, between, or in conjunction with occupational and physical therapy.
